Anne Juliette: The Trailblazer Behind Textured Queens Hair Academy

Born in Dondon, Haiti, and raised in Nashville, TN, Anne Juliette is a true go-getter with a passion for hairstyling and textured hair education. After earning her degree from Alabama A&M University and her cosmetology license from the Aveda Institute, Anne set out for Atlanta, where she began her thriving career in the film and television industry.

Anne’s work has graced screens everywhere, from Bravo to Amazon, with appearances in films like Coming to America and beauty campaigns. In addition to her work as a stylist, Anne collaborates with brands like Aveda and Paul Mitchell, and has managed salons while training countless stylists.

Her mission to fill the gap in textured hair education led to the creation of Textured Queens Hair Academy, where she’s taught specialized classes such as Cornrow Braiding, Curly, Coily, Kinky and Everything In Between, and Black Girls Can’t Braid. Anne is passionate about empowering stylists to master textured hair techniques and ensuring all hair types are celebrated.

Lily Sandoval: Bridal Beauty Expert and CEO of LYS Artistry Pro

With over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry, Lily Sandoval is a renowned makeup artist and licensed esthetician specializing in bridal makeup artistry. She has worked with prestigious brands like Dior and Tom Ford, and now leads LYS Artistry Pro, a team of talented professionals committed to delivering flawless beauty experiences for any occasion.

Lily’s understanding of skin and her attention to detail have made her a sought-after artist in the bridal world. Every bride she works with is transformed into a radiant masterpiece, with each brushstroke enhancing their natural beauty.

As an educator, Lily is dedicated to helping others refine their craft, whether it’s makeup artistry or skincare. We’re thrilled to have her sharing her expertise through MyBeautyIQ’s in-person classes!

Daisy Gomez: Bridal Hairstylist & Financial Consultant

Daisy’s journey into the beauty industry began in 2013 when she sought a flexible career to care for her brother. Since then, she has built a successful business as a bridal hairstylist, specializing in special event styling. After spending two years educating others in the art of hair, Daisy has expanded her career into a new realm: financial consulting for beauty professionals.

In her role as a financial consultant, Daisy empowers fellow beauty pros to optimize and safeguard their financial resources. While she now balances two careers, her true passion remains in hairstyling, particularly creating breathtaking bridal looks that reflect the personality and style of each client.

Carlos Guillen: TV Makeup Expert with a Flare for Soft Glam

With over 10 years of professional makeup experience, Carlos has built a reputation as a versatile and passionate artist. His work spans multiple TV sets, including Univision, Estrella, and Telemundo, and his 6+ years in pro-retail experience with brands like MAC, Patrick Ta, and Glossier have solidified his expertise.

Carlos has mastered the art of creating stunning looks for all skin types and tones, specializing in both soft and neutral glam. His ability to curate personalized, flawless looks for each client makes him a sought-after artist in the industry. We’re thrilled to have Carlos join MyBeautyIQ, where he’ll be offering in-person classes to share his knowledge and skill with fellow makeup professionals.
